Accommodation Payment
A credit card is required to hold all accommodation bookings. In order to book accommodation, guests must also register for the Conference. Delegates must settle the balance of their account with a credit card at their relevant hotel on checkout. The hotels reserve the right to charge one night’s accommodation deposit on your card.
Change of Reservation
Should you wish to change your accommodation booking after it has been made, please notify in writing only the Conference Office, not the Hotel.
Cancellations
Notification of accommodation cancellation must be received by the Conference Office in writing 30 days prior to booking commencement date.
If notification is not received prior to this date, the hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee to your credit card, equal to the total number of room nights cancelled.
Check In/Check Out Times
The standard check in time at hotels is 2:00pm onwards. The standard check out time is 10:00am.

Skybus Super Shuttle
Skybus operates 7 days a week, including public holidays. It is on average a 20 minute trip between Tullamarine Airport and the city. Please plan your trip to allow enough time for airline check-in requirements.
If you are arriving at Melbourne Airport Tullamarine, you do not need to book the Skybus Hotel Shuttle. Skybus departs every 10-15 minutes between 06:00 and 21:30 and half hourly or hourly at other times servicing Qantas Domestic, QantasLink, Jetstar Domestic, Virgin Blue, Tiger Airways, Rex and International terminals.
To get from Melbourne Airport Tullamarine to The Sebel, take the Skybus Super Shuttle to the Melbourne city terminal at Southern Cross Station (on Spencer Street). From there you can catch a taxi or a Melbourne city tram to The Sebel Albert Park.

Trams travel down St Kilda Road (numbers 3, 5, 6, 16, 64 and 67). Tram stop 27 is the closest to The Sebel Albert Park Melbourne and is a short walk down Lorne Street to the hotel. Car Parking
Conveniently located beneath the hotel and accessible via Lorne Street, Mirvac’s car park has 400 parking bays for your convenience. At the time of writing the rate is $13.50 per vehicle flat rate per exit, therefore car parking is not only stress free but also inexpensive. However, please note parking rates are subject to change without notification.
