About The Conference
Thank-you to all who attended Yulkuum Jerrang, the 3rd Victorian Indigenous Economic Development Conference, including speakers, delegates and entertainers.

The conference program was designed to achieve the following objectives:
- To provide networking opportunities for the Indigenous community and those looking to work with the Indigenous community;
- To break down the business barriers through the recognition and celebration of Indigenous culture;
- To enhance business skills relevant to managing a small business;
- To showcase significant research studies relative to Indigenous economic development and which inform government programs and services.
Conference Evaluation

Bunjil: He is keeping watch over his people and Country. The manna gum leaves in the background represent the Welcoming Ceremony (this is where the green manna gum leaves are used to create smoke to cleanse the area). The red lines throughout the design reflect the flames of the welcoming fires throughout Wurundjeri Country.

Wurundjeri: 'Wurun' - meaning manna gum; and djeri - meaning the grub that lives under its bark.
